MIPE to present the general aspects in relation to launching calls for proposals and SMC related measures, including progress achieved aggregated at Policy Objective level in relation to calls launched and ITIs
CA to present the horizontal financial issues/declarations of expenditures to EC
MAs to present overall status of the regional monitoring committees: number meetings, written procedures, adopted documents/ methodologies; status of ITIs (where relevant, i.e. for DD and Jiu Valley)
MAs to present specific challenges at regional level in relation to the potential of beneficiaries/sectors to generate expected expenditure/results
MIPE to present horizontal methodological issues
MAs to report on:
- Timetable for phasing.
- Impact of phasing on 2021-2027 regional programmes in terms of modification of:
- planned allocations and intervention field codes.
- methodological approach to and results of the assessment of price
modifications and - impact on allocations
impact on indicators values, in terms of milestones by 2024 and targets by 2029.
MIPE to present the prerequisites for complying with CPR provisions in relation to thematic concentrations, climate objective etc. at PA level
MAs to report on:
- Timetable of the planned amendments of the 2021-2027 programmes.
- Scope and justification of the future programme modifications.
COM to present assessment of the written contribution from MAs
Discussion with MAs and agreeing the way forward.
MIPE to present the overall state of play of TEC applicable to regional programmes
MAs to report on the latest state of play and issues encountered on the fulfilment of the enabling conditions related to S3
- Reconfirmation of plans for implementing financial instruments.
- Discussion on the need to correct the basis of the financial table for the calculation of eligible expenditure.
- Provide the state of play and timetable of the implementation of financial instruments, including CPR requirements on:
1) ex-ante assessments;
2) investments strategies;
3) selection of intermediaries.
MAs to report on state of play and presenting timetable of administrative capacity building roadmaps and integrity pacts.
Discussion on improvement of quality of project fiches
MIPE to present horizontal initiatives regarding the visibility measures
MAs to present the examples of the project fiches – with follow up discussion
MAs to report on state of play and implementation of cooperation activities planned in the regional programmes.

Correlates with the need to report progress on Country Specific Recommendation 2 for Romania: Proceed with the speedy implementation of cohesion policy programmes, in close complementarity and synergy with the recovery and resilience plan.
MIPE to inform on NRRP implementation on sectors relevant for calls to be launched on RPs in 2023.
Commission presentation and discussion: issues discussed and answered before, but presented as one package as a reminder.
Commission to inform the MAs about the information required from them to be discussed in the monitoring committee – template, no discussion on specific operations.
MIPE to report on the overall coordination on SCOs (network, joint work)
MAs to report on state of play; plans, timetable and intermediate steps for introducing them in the programmes; issues encountered so far (including e.g. presentations from the front runners).
MIPE to present the PA 2021-2027 Evaluation Plan and Evaluation Capacity building measures
MA ROP 2014-2020 the present the results of evaluation with impact on programmes (focus on selection process)
